Capital Entrepreneurs is a partnership among Carleton University, the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College dedicated to making Ottawa the best place to start and grow a business in Canada.

In May 2014, the Ontario Ministry of Research and Innovation and the Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) announced that the Capital Entrepreneurs program would receive support from the Campus Linked Accelerators (CLAS) program as part of the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs (ONE).
